Plasma Beam
To get the plasma beam you must defeat the plant monster and the core-x and then your beam will pierce your enemies.
Gravity Suit
One person over on the Metroid Construction forum by the name of Metaguarius has decided to make a Super Metroid hack that re-imagines Metroid Fusion. In the video below, the Spore Spawn boss has.
To get the gravity suit you must defeat the ugly Godzilla NIGHTMARE! To beat him you must shoot missiles at the circle thing at his gut (you can also use the charge beam at his circle thing too)then the fight will get all wiggley and if your standing the missiles wont work so if you get under his circle thing or use the charge beam. Then his face will get all goopey so use the charge beam or missiles then he will go to circle and spike mode and shoot missiles at it then he will die and GRAVITY SUIT!
Get New Suit At End

When you beat SA-X before at the end, you will see a big monster. SA-X returnsand he will give you the new suit! But it isblue ball floating in the air!
The Omega Metroid
This is at the very end. To beat it you mustlet it hit you then you will be paralyzed for ashort time. Then a core X will appear, it's theSA-X! He will help you for a while then getslashed and die. Then absorb the SA-X core. You will get full healt and weapons. Use yourbeam by aiming at his stomach, right before heslashes you, run then shoot the stomach again.Repeat this till he finally dies. Board yourship when it appears. And you win!
Speed Rush
You need speed booster to do this. While you are running with speed booster, press down before you stop running. If you do that correctly, you should still be glowing as if you were still running with speed booster. Now, jump. While you are in the air, press a directional key (I'm not sure if pressing down will work). If you did it correctly, you should dash all the way in the direction you press until you hit a wall, hatch or a passage that requires another method of getting through (bomb, power bomb, missiles, etc.) There are a few places in the game where you have to go straight up in a narrow space. You would have to speed rush up instead of jumping while using speed booster.
One Hit Kill
To kill most monsters in one blow, run into themwith your speed-booster ability (once you get it.)
Simple Serris
The Easiest way to beat Serris is to go to thevery right of the room, go to the top of theladder and shoot fro there. That way Serris can'ttouch you, and you have an easy way to shoot him!
Abilitie Backtrack
If you get an abilitie that can be used backfurther in the game go ahead and go back towhere it can be used and use it. That way ifthere is something important there you can get it
Useful Way To Find Hidden Items
Bomb every suspicious place you see. Once youget screw attack, try sommersaulting towardwalls. Sometimes you can discover a secretpassageway. Don't be afraid to use powerbombs inseemingly empty rooms, because you just mightbomb up a passageway.
Speeding Summersault
You will need speed booster and space jump to dothis. Gather up your speed, then do space jumpscontinually. Do not touch the ground or gobackwards. Note:You need some practice to beable to do this. Also: You cannot jump into awall.
Small SA-X Tip
While fighting the SA-X you should already knowthat your wave beam goes through walls, right? Ifthe SA-X is under you near the hatch, which youwill need to be fast to do, you can shoot atleast one good hit through the floor.NOTE: It won't shoot back, it will try to screwattack up to you.
Beating The SA-X TIP
When dueling the SA-X in the last battle, a lotof people think missles won't work, they do! Notfor hurting it, but they freeze its but givingyou time to charge that beam and blast it!
Link Metroid Fusion To Metroid Prime
In order to do this you need a game boy advance,a gamecube, a copy of Metroid Prime a copy ofMetroid Fusion, and a Gamecube to Game BoyAdvance cable. Doing this will get you a specialsuit in your Metroid Prime game, and you willget extra materials on your Metroid Fusion game.
Finished Game Bonus
So, you beat the SA-X and Omega Metroid andthought you were doing great until you received alousy little number on your percent completed. When you finish the game, a metroid appears nextto your file on the select file screen. Thismeans that on your pause menu, you will find alist showing how many of the possible 20 energytanks, 48 missile expansions, and 32 power bombexpansions you found. (it adds up to 100 items,1item= 1%!) That's not all. Under the spot on thepause menu where you see what section you're in(the one at the top in center in writing, not themap)there will be three possible icons, a boxwith a picture of an expansion and a checkmark. This means you found all of that expansion thereis in that area. Don't see it. Then you better getto work and find them.
The SA-X
As you realized the SA-X has all of samus's bestabilities. Such as the Screw Attack, Space Jump,Morph Ball, Power Bomb, Varia Suit, Mega Missle,The ICE BEAM, and the Hi-Jump.And eventually in the game you get wind of theirbeing no more than 10 SA-X aboard the station! That's why he appears all over the place.
Get Wave Beam
Besides the Ice Beam, this is the strongestweapon. You must win the rematch fight with theRogue Security Robot and the Beam Core-Xafterwards. This is needed to get into theRestricted Laboratory. It takes nearly 50 misslesto beat the B.O.X security robot. The B.O.X isthe code named Rogue Security Robot.
Speed Booster
You must defeat Serris. Then the Core Xafterwards… Then clear a straight line in a longroom and… You know what's next… LET IT RIP. Atultra-sonic speed it's Samus tearing down theroom. AND... she wins!!!
Screw Attack… The Enemy Nightmare
This is it. The complete package. When this isgotten you can kill any enemy (except bosses) injust one hit. It is combined with the space jumpso if the space jump is mastered you will neverworry about enemies again. You must defeat theUltra-Powerful Ridley and the core-X afterwards.
Obtain Space Jump
To get Space Jump you must beat Yakuza and thenthe core X afterwards. It takes practice tomaster so use it in an enemy-less room. Best usedin the room you get it in.
Get Ice Beam
This is impossible to get during the normal gamedownloads. In order to get the Ice Beam you mustdefeat the SA-X and the ugly form after it thenthe Blue Beam core X. Then during the fight withthe Omega Metroid the SA-X helps, gets killedthen transforms into the blue X grab it and LETIT RIP. Take your wrath out on the Omega Metroidfor revenge on the Helpful SA-X.
Speed Jump
Once you get the ultra speed regained, go in abig area to catch your speed and then push downonce you have it. Then jump and push forward orbackward and Samus will fly in the direction youpush.
All Endings
In Metroid Fusion there are 5 different endings depending on your time and percent you have when you beat the game. Below are listed the endings.
Hold Your Gun Out And Run
While running take a shot. If you stop you will have to repeat this.
Turning Into A Ball
To turn into a ball, press down on the controlpad twice. To lay bombs, press B. To jump, youcan either get hit by the bomb or you can press A.

How To Cheat Without Breaking The Game Metroid Fusion Mod
Boss: Thardus
Thardus will often summon rocks from beneath the ground and toss them your way. Take the moment to lock on to them and blast them to pieces. Note: if you're in Thermal Visor mode and try this, the Phazon material inside will blind you. If you get frozen by Thardus, just quickly tap the B-button to get out of it. Another attack that you must get a handle on is his boulder form. You will him animate, leaning back and then curling up in ball form. This is your cue to turn into a Morph Ball and boost out of the way. It's important that you memorize this animation. As soon as he begins to roll into a ball, do the same and boost out of the way. Thardus will also summon snow storms to blur your view. Try not to let it disorient you too much, and use your Thermal Visor when possible to cut through the haze. When it gets to the point that his Phazon is exposed during a snow storm and you cannot see him, try to get as close as possible and use those Super Missiles. You should eventually be able to work him down to the final center point of his body. Work through it and he will die. | Submitted by AndrewBernish
Classic Metroid: Super Bomb
Defeating Troopers and Pirates
Use Normal Beams or charge a Normal Beam at it three to four times.
Wave Troopers
Use Wave Beams or charge a Wave Beam at it (two to four times).
Ice Troopers
Use Ice Beams or charge an Ice Beam at it and finish it with one missile.
Shadow Pirates
Use the Thermal Visor to see them. Use Wave Beams or charge a Wave Beam at it at full force (two to four times); or, fire with ease with the Plasma Beam.
Plasma Troopers
Fire at them with your Plasma Beam three or four times. Hide behind a wall and the Plasma Beam will end up finishing them with its burning effect. Do this to other pirates as well, even though they only need about three shots to be killed, only about one will evaporate them if you just wait patiently. | Submitted by AndrewBernish

The Final Boss: Metroid Prime
(Phase two). Now you have to fight Metroid Prime again except in a form that looks similar to a squid. To defeat it, you have to stay away from it. When it charges up a wave, double jump over it. Just keep dodging those. Then it will lay phazon on the ground and turn invisable. Turn on your x-ray visor and run into the phazon. Lock onto the Metroid Prime, and hold A. Now keep on that same visor or change it into the combat or thermal visor. Now its going to do the wave attack again a few times. After its done it will put more phazon on the ground, but this time also summon some metroids. Shoot the metroids, and put your x-ray visor on again. Stand in the phazon and hold A.
(Tips) The more you hurt Metroid Prime, the more Metroids it sends out. Sometimes to see Metroid Prime when you have to attack it, you have to use the thermal visor. Keep repeating this until Metroid Prime dies. If you defeat Metroid Prime, you can unlock hard mode. |
